in Kamen rider Hibiki, there are 119 Oni (Kamen Rider) active duty in japan. Hibiki itself under the jurisdiction of Takeshi Foundation Kanto Division.
I imagining what other oni looks like in other division, so i draw the member of Takeshi Foundation Kansai Division.
And this is Kamen Rider Hibiki Side Story.
Because of my lack of skill in japanese naming, i dare not to named them
. anybody interested in naming them?... i'm open with suggestion...
